Half A Pat

Pat and I are sitting in a cafe and setting up his blog. He keeps telling me that he wants a cigarette but by now he knows better than to smoke one in front of me.

We've decided to start this blog because Patrick has truly made amazing gains in his health status while simultaneously losing over 70 lbs over the course of the past year. However, recently we've hit a bit of a plateau. Patrick, ever the humble individual (not), loves the recognition he's gotten recently from his friends and family, and appreciates the continued encouragement. Rightly so...he's worked really hard to get to where he is now.

Still, we would like to continue moving forward in the achievement of Pat's goals and therefore thought that his friends' and family's comments would push us in the right direction. In more simple terms, please respond to our blog and give Patrick kudos when he deserves them and a hard time whenever he reaches for a cigarette, pays a visit to the local Churrascaria, or has one cocktail too many. I'll be happy to let you know when any of these things have occurred, and if anyone has something to report to me, I promise to hold him accountable. In return he will bust his booty to get into that tutu we mentioned earlier.
